Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarship is commonly known for ePass Scholarship Telangana is inviting applications for EPass Pre Matric Scholarship Telangana Fresh for the academic session 2023 from the students belonging to SC/ST/BC/Disabled Welfare. The fresh registration needs to be done for Pre Matric Scholarship 2023. The main objective to provide pre-matric scholarship is to give higher education to SC/ST/BC/Disabled students so that the incidence of drop out shall be reduced. Eligibility Criteria for Pre Matric Scholarship Telangana
Who Are Eligible
- The student who wants to apply must be a domicile of Telangana can apply for this EPass Pre Matric Scholarship Telangana Scheme.
- He/she should be studying in Classes 9 and 10.
- The student should achieve an attendance of 75% at the end of each quarter.
- Students belonging to SC/ST categories should have their parental income Rs. 2,00,000 (two lacs) or below per annum.
- Students belonging to BC & Minority Welfare students belonging to rural areas should have their parental income Rs. 1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) or below per annum can get the benefits of EPass Pre Matric Scholarship Telangana.
- Students belonging to BC & Minority Welfare students belonging to urban areas should have their parental income Rs. 2.00,000 (Two Lacs Fifty Thousand) or below per annum.
- Students belonging to EBC, Disabled Welfare Students should have parental income is RS. 1,00,000 (One lakh) or below per annum.
Who Are Not Eligible
- That candidate who is not belonging to the categories SC, ST, BC, EBC, Minority and DW (Disabled) are not included under this EPass Pre Matric Scholarship Telangana scheme.
- The students who are pursuing part-time courses, online courses.
- The Students who are admitted under Sponsored seats, Management Quota seats are not eligible.
- Those Students are not eligible who are drawing the stipend more than the scholarship amount in aggregate per annum.
- Students belonging to BC, EBC and DW categories and studying the Courses offered by open universities, distant mode, category B seats in MBBS, BDS.
- Those EBC students are not eligible who are studying Intermediate or equivalent courses under the EPass Pre Matric Scholarship Telangana Scheme.
Application for Pre Matric Scholarship Telangana Online
The candidates who fulfill all the eligibility conditions can apply for EPass Pre Matric Scholarship Telangana For SC/ST/BC/Disabled Welfare Fresh Registration by following the below steps.
- First of all, students need to go to the official website of Telangana ePass ie. https://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/
- Click on the “Pre Matric Scholarship Services” link by scrolling down the page.
- Then, Click Pre matric Scholarships For SC/ST/BC/Disabled Welfare Fresh Registration (2023) link.
- Here students are required to fill the required details to complete the registration, such as Student Details.
- Enter your Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, DOB, Choose your Gender.
- Enter your Ration Card Number, Aadhaar Number.
- Choose the Profession of Your Parents.
- Select Physically Challenged, click on the appropriate option.
- Choose your Caste category and Sub Caste, Community/Religion
- Enter your School Details such as,
- Select your School, School District, School Mandal, and your Class.
- Select your medium of study, Admission number, Admission Date
- Choose Hosteler or Day Scholar
- Choose your previous class and your Grade or Percentage.
- Here the Students are also required to enter his/her Bank Account Details such as:
- Select your Bank Name, Bank District, Branch Name and IFSC Code and Bank account number.
- Students are also required to enter their Address, Income certificate details, and Caste Certificate details.
- Then Upload the documents required to complete the registration process and click on the Submit button on the EPass Pre Matric Scholarship Telangana application page.

- To complete the application process, students need to upload the scanned required documents.
- Upload the Passport size photograph
