HSCST Fellowship Program 2023:- Haryana State Council of Science and Technology (HSCST) has invited applications for the fellowship program 2023. Applications will be accepted by 30th June, 2023. The State government is giving this fellowship to the meritorious and talented students who have qualified JRF-NET (CSIR/UGC) and LS NET in joint CSIR-UGC test for JRF and LS (NET) for carrying out his/her PhD work in any of the university or institute in Haryana state. Eligibility Criteria for HSCST Fellowship program 2023:
- The eligibility conditions is mentioned hereunder which must be fulfilled by the candidates to avail of this fellowship benefits.
- To be eligible, the student must hold M.Sc. or equivalent degree in any of the subjects mentioned above with minimum 55% marks.
- Students should have qualified JRF-NET (CSIR/UGC) & LS-NET in joint CSIR-UGC Test for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and eligibility for lectureship (NET) held on 16.06.2023.
- The upper age limit for JRF shall be 28 years as on 1.1.2023 (5 years of relaxation will be given to the candidates belonging to Schedule Castes/Schedule Tribes, Women, Physically Handicapped and OBC applicants).
- Those applicants are not eligible for this fellowship, who are availing fellowship/ financial assistance from any other source.
HSCST Fellowship program 2023 Award Value :
- Candidates who have qualified JRF-NET (CSIR/UGC) will be given fellowship of Rs.31,000/- (Thirty One Thousand) per month for Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Rs.35,000/- (Thirty Five Thousand) will be given to the applicants for Senior Research Fellow (SRF).
- Candidates who have qualified LS-NET, will be provided with fellowship of Rs. 18,000/- (Eighteen Thousand) for Junior Research Fellow (JRF).
- Fellowship amount of Rs.21,000/- (Twenty One Thousand) per month for Senior Research Fellow (SRF).
- Annual contingency grant of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) will be provided to the University / Institution.
- The fellowship will be given for three (3) years of period which is extendable to fourth and fifth year as per terms and conditions.

The below mentioned documents must be uploaded by the students along with the online application form to completed application process.
- 10th standard certificate for age proof.
- NET certificate
- M.Sc. final year certificate
- Caste certificate
- Proof in case of physically handicapped.
- Aadhar Card of the applicant
Application Process HSCST Fellowship program 2023 :
- The interested and eligible students are required to submit HSCSIT Fellowship Program Application Online.
- To apply online, first candidates must have to go to the link www.saralharyana.gov.in.
- Register here by clicking New User or Register Here.
- Your registration will be done once you enter all the details to create your Login ID and password.
- To verify your account, the students must submit verification code which is received by the applicant on his/her email ID or registered mobile number by saral Haryana through email/message.
- To Log in, enter your User ID and password and fill the application form.
- Click on Apply for Services & select application form for HSCSIT Fellowship.
- Fill all the required details and upload the required documents.
- Submit e-form and you will get SARAL ID number for further use.
- Once you submitted your application form online, take a print out of online submitted application form for further record.
- Application received without full required details will be summarily rejected.
