The Subir Chowdhury Post-doctoral Fellowship on Quality and Economics 2023 is being accepted from the Indian students. The fellowship is offered by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). The Fellowship is supported by the Subir and Malini Chowdhury Foundation.
Through this Subir Chowdhury Post-doctoral Fellowship 2023, the links between quality and economics are examined. The fellowship is given for a period of three months during each academic year.

Eligibility Criteria
To be a part of this fellowship, the applicants must fulfil the following eligibility criteria.
- Indian students are eligible to apply for this fellowship.
- Applicants should have been awarded their PhD – the fellowship is not intended for students registered for a degree or diploma, nor is it intended for senior academics.
- The applying candidates should be early career researchers working on the impact of people quality and behaviour on economies.
- The Fellowship allows for any scholar to participate in the programme regardless of ethnicity or national origin.
Subir Chowdhury Post-doctoral Fellowship Benefits Provided
- The selected candidates of Subir Chowdhury Post-doctoral Fellowship will get a monthly subsistence allowance of up to £1,750 per month.
- The fellows will be provided with shared workspace and access to research facilities at the School.
- The fellows will also get assistance towards the cost of travel and related expenses.
- No additional grant is available for fieldwork or any other costs.
