STFC India Meritorious Scholarship Program 2023 Shriram Transport Finance Company
The applications are invited for STFC India Meritorious Scholarship Program for the academic year 2023. Under the STFC India Meritorious Scholarship program, students who face financial problems while continuing their education can avail financial assistance up to INR 35,000 / year for ITI / Diploma / Graduate / Engineering studies.
Shriram Transport Finance Company (STFC) Limited has been encouraging students from all over the country for merit-based scholarships. So far, over 70,000 students have already received support from STFC for their studies in the last years.

Please Note -: STFC Scholarships are available every year and the students can fill the application form in the month of November. Keep coming on our website and we will let you when the next scheme will start.
Eligibility Criteria for STFC India Meritorious Scholarship Program 2023
For undergraduate students
- Applicants must have obtained at least 60% marks in class 10 and class 12.
- Applicants should be enrolled in a recognized university/college/ institute in India for 3 years or 4 years in any year of undergraduate/engineering program.
- The family income should be less than or equal to INR 4,00,000 (4 lakhs) per year.
- Applicants should be children/wards of professional transport driver / owner-cum-driver only.

INR 30,000 to 35,000 per year (maximum for 4 years)

The selection process of STFC is a multi-stage process where scholars will be selected after evaluating the qualifications and financial needs of the applicants. The major steps of the selection process are given below:

- Telephone interview for a further list of candidates
- Face to face interview for final selection (if required)

The following documents need to be uploaded along with the online scholarship application:
- Passport size photograph
- Photo ID proof
- Aadhaar Card
- Age proof (birth certificate / passport / class 10 school leaving certificate)
- Class 10 or Class 12 marksheet (self-attested copy)
- Commercial/commercial driving license of parent/guardian (copy)
- Family income proof (Income certificate/salary slip / ITR Form-16 from competent government authority)
- Proof of admission (college/school ID card, educational fee receipt)
