SOF Scholarship 2023 For Excellence In English (SEE)

SOF Scholarship For Excellence In English (SEE) 2023 -: Scholarship for Excellence in English (SEE) for the year 2023 is going to be organized by Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) and the British Council which is in its 9th edition. The selected candidates of India will be provided with a scholarship in appreciation of their excellence in the English Language. The school principal/headmaster/headmistress will recommend the students for scholarship who will have to sit for the IEO exam to be conducted on the Second Week of Oct 2023  and First Week of November 2023. 9th SOF Scholarship For Excellence In English (SEE) 2023

Last Date: 31 December (Every Year)

Eligibility Criteria

1.  Class I to Class X students are applicable for this Scholarship for Excellence in English SEE.
2.  The only schools can send the recommendations to SOF for Scholarship for Excellence in English.
3. The school must be a participant in the IEO 2023.
4. The student should have scored at least 90% marks or equivalent grade in English subject in annual aggregate in the previous class
5.  The student should have scored at least 85% or equivalent grade in the previous year’s exam as aggregate
6. The student should be enrolled in a recognized school.

Benefits of Scholarship

• Under this Scholarship for Excellence in English 2023, a total of 120 students from all over the country will be selected. The basis of selection will be the letter of recommendation sent by the school.
• The 120 selected candidates will be provided with Rs. 5000/- each.
• The Student will also receive a Merit Certificate as recognition of her/his excellence in the English language.
  This amount will be given to the selected students in lump sum only once.

Apply for 9th SOF Scholarship For Excellence In English (SEE) 2023

• To participate in this SEE, the school will have to send the application as the school must be a participant in IEO.
•  The recommendation should be signed by the school Principal/Head Master/Head Mistress only.
• The recommendation should be in the enclosed format.

Selection Process ​

1. The Selection of the SEE winners will be done from recommendations sent from school.
2.  All recommendations will be evaluated by a Committee constituted by SOF.
3.  Winners of SOF will be intimated individually and through schools.
