SHODH Scholarship Scheme 2023:- Education Department, Government of Gujarat launched various scholarships/fellowships to the students of their state. To provide higher education to the students of Gujarat State, the Government of Gujarat provide incentives to their students for quality research. Walking in the same steps to develop and promote the research possibilities in the students of Gujarat, Government of Gujarat launched ScHeme Of Developing High quality research-SHODH Scholarship Scheme. This scheme increase the eagerness of the students to do the research. The selected students will be awarded with the various benefits. The details of awards and the steps that how the students can apply for SHODH Scholarship Scheme 2023.
Objective of SHODH Scholarship Scheme 2023:
- The main objective to launch this scholarship scheme is to place the students of Gujarat state towards high quality research by giving financial help.
- The schemes also encourage the students to study in all branches of knowledge for high quality regular and full time research.
- To enhance the capacity and scope of quality research in higher education institutions.
- Creating global recognition through industry and community-based research.
- Promote research to meet current needs and adapt to cutting-edge requirements
- To promote research that preserves India’s rich cultural heritage and adapts to new dimensions.
- This schemes also aims to create a community of scholarly students among the highly recognized international universities and national institutions in the state of Gujarat.
SHODH Scholarship Scheme 2023 Reward Benefits :
- Under SHODH Scholarship Scheme, a stipend of Rs. 15,000 per month will be given to a student doing quality research in a recognized university of Gujarat state.
- This stipend shall be given for two (2) years duration.
- Apart from the above, the PhD student will be given Rs. 20,000 per annum for ancillary expenses.
- The researcher will be given a grant of Rs. 4 lakhs at the end of two years out of a total of Rs. 2 lakhs per year.
How to Apply for SHODH Scholarship Scheme 2023 :
- First of all interested candidate for SHODH scholarship scheme, needs to apply online and for this they must have to visit official website.
- Apply Online => https://mysy.guj.nic.in/shodh/
- On the right side corner of the screen, you can see the Login option, click on it.
- Then click on Registration link.
- On clicking the registration, a new screen will appear. Fill the details as asked like application year, mobile no., date of birth and email.
- After submission of desired details, an OTP will be sent to your register mobile no. and registered email. Enter the OTP as you received.
- After completion of registration, login to the screen. Enter your email as user name and OTP as your password.
- The system will ask you to change your old password. Change your password accordingly.
- Login into the screen. After Logging in below screen will appear.
- Click on the user details and fill up all the required details in the form such as Candidates details, academic details etc.
- Then Click on Upload documents and upload all the documents as they require to complete the application process.
- Click on the Application Lock to lock your application
- Then last not the least, print the filled in application form by clicking on Print Form.
