North-South Foundation Scholarship 2023:- Scholarships are provided by the North-South Foundation (NSF) to the needy undergraduate students who are entering into engineering, medicine, or 3-year polytechnic (diploma in engineering.) in Government/govt. aided colleges or under quota seats in private colleges. The scholarships are given on the basis of merit and financial need. North-South Foundation (NSF) is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization established in 1989. The meritorious students are selected through some eligibility criteria fixed by Foundation. NSF will also review the special circumstances under which the student is submitting his/her application along with reviewing academic records and income statements. No assistance is provided for students at the high school level and those at the graduate (Master’s) level in this category of scholarships.

Eligibility Criteria for NSF Scholarship 2023 for college students

  1. The candidate must be among the top 10% in 10th and 12th and CET/JET ranks in your state
  2. The candidate’s family income should below Rs. One Lac (1,00,000) per annum.
  3. Applicant should have scored admission to professional courses like Engineering, Medicine, Dental, Veterinary, B. Pharm, BSc Agri or Polytechnic in a GOVERNMENT COLLEGE (including seats in Government Aided colleges)
  4. The candidate may not be allowed to receive other aid or scholarships from any other source.
  5. Preference will be given to those students coming from government schools and colleges
  6. Preference will also be provided to fresh students going to government colleges
  7. Those candidates will also be given who are getting the top rank in the first attempt
  8. The students who are not getting other scholarships will also be given preference.
  9. Financial assistance will be given to the needy students by North South Foundation.

North-South Foundation Scholarship for college students Rewards 

  1. North-South Foundation gives the scholarship amount range Rs. 25000 per student per year on merit cum need basis.
  2. NSF supports the student for their entire course of study until graduation as long as the student maintains high academic standards.
  • Medicine – INR 25,000/- per annum
  • Engineering (Fresh and Lateral Entry) – INR 20,000/- per annum
  • Dental, Veterinary Science and B.Sc (Ag.)  – INR 20,000/- per annum
  • Diploma in Engineering – INR 8,000/- per annum
  • B.Sc. Nursing – INR 8,000/- per annum
Application Process for NSF Scholarship 2023 for college students 
  • The application form for the NSF Scholarship form can be filled Online by the eligible candidates.

  • The application is available on the website of NSF. Must fill the online application form after reading all the guidelines.
  • First of all the registration can be done by the candidates by filling the basic information like name, email ID, and password along with additional information.

Required Documents

  • College Admission card
  • CT/JEE/NEET Rank Card
  • Bonafide Certificate from the college in which candidate obtained admission
  • Certificate showing marks scored from Class X to XII duly attested
  • Proof of tuition fee paid/payable annually duly certified by college authorities
  • Income Certificate issued by a Revenue Official or any other Competent Authority
  • Latest two passport size photographs
  • Ration Card or Aadhar Card
  • Reservation class card duly certified, if the entrance exam rank card does not have the reservation class.
